Some details about Pavlina
My name is Pavlina Safarova and I was born in the Czech Republic in the time of communism and I witnessed the change of the regime, which brought to the fore vital questions about values and purpose in life. I have lived in other European countries and this has made me realise that people struggle with very similar issues everywhere.
I have lived in England for ten years and during my own process of self-realisation I discovered psychosynthesis which has helped grant me answers to my own questions about life, its sense and the understanding of human suffering. I have an BSc in psychology from the Open University and I have completed training at the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and I am working towards UKCP accreditation as a psychotherapist and coach.
My work is supervised by the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. I offer counselling, coaching and therapy, with the view to help you to discover your own answers to life and it’s challenges and to align you to your potential and purpose.
I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and of BPS (British Psychological Society). I work within BACP Ethical Framework and UKCP Code of Ethics and undertake regular professional development, as well as having professional indemnity insurance.
